Hi Cp kid! I had forgotten this message :p And currently I don't remember the link of the directory too. However, I remember what was the site that contained the archives. If you want to see the site and try to see if the archives are useful, here are the links: newspapers and parties.
Regarding the questions you asked: (1) I would be so much happy if CPW EN had more links to CPW PT, mainly in articles. (2) I think that CPWN should expand with more wikis if there are people really willing to help. But I have to consider that more wikis means more storage, though I'm not a staff member and not know nothing about this. I would like so much if Fanon PT returned to exist, because there are people willing to help with the project. This is only my opinion. Sorry for any mistakes in english.
